The Corporate Officers

Joseph Annoreno, Chief Executive Officer
Joe started his career in the automotive industry in 1980 when he signed on with Aon Corporation / Pat Ryan & Associates as a Finance and Insurance Consultant. During his years of service with Aon/Pat Ryan, Joe earned several promotions to eventually reach the position of Regional Business Development Manager. In 1994 he accepted a position with CNA Insurance Company as the National Sales Representative. His responsibilities included senior-level dealership consulting, financing, and creating re-insurance companies for dealers. In 1998 Joe continued to advance his career in the automotive industry by joining American Prime Asset as National Sales Manager. With American Prime Asset he oversaw and managed distribution for 285 agents nationwide. In 2002 Joe co-founded Ensurety Group, Incorporated (EGI). EGI was established with two partners to create an innovative, nationwide product distribution company for dealers, specializing in customer retention management and loyalty products and solutions. Joe lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife and two children.

Patrick O’Brien, President
Pat began his career in the automotive industry with Pat Ryan & Associates in 1989 as a Finance and Insurance Consultant. In 1993 he was named the Regional Acquisitions Manager responsible for coordinating the sales efforts of 15 representatives in three states. In 1997 he was recruited to a position with Banc One Insurance Group as Executive Vice President of Sales. In his role at Banc One, Pat facilitated the creation and implementation of several automotive insurance products and services. In this role Pat interfaced directly with the CEO of Banc One Credit Company, Banc One Retail Lending and First USA Credit Card to develop and coordinate the marketing of each of these products within the respective areas of the bank. In May of 2000 Pat accepted the position of President with Dealer HQ. Determined to fully realize his skills and potential while the President of Dealer HQ, Pat began Ensurety Group, Incorporated (EGI). Together with his two partners Pat now works full time on rapidly growing EGI, directly overseeing the Service Contract follow-up program, Maximum Customer Retention (MCR), and the Eastern United States for the Loyalty 1st Program. Pat lives in Saint Charles, Missouri with his wife and two children.
