Joseph Annoreno, Chief Executive Officer

Joe started his career in the automotive industry in 1983 when he signed on with Aon Corporation / Pat Ryan & Associates as a Finance and Insurance Consultant. During his years of service with Aon/Pat Ryan, Joe earned several promotions to eventually reach the position of Regional Business Development Manager. In 1994 he accepted a position with CNA Insurance Company as the National Sales Representative. His responsibilities included senior-level dealership consulting, financing, and creating re-insurance companies for dealers. In 1998 Joe continued to advance his career in the automotive industry by joining American Prime Asset as National Sales Manager. With American Prime Asset he oversaw and managed distribution for 285 agents nationwide.

In 2002 Joe co-founded Ensurety Group, Incorporated (EGI). EGI was established with two partners to create an innovative, nationwide product distribution company for dealers, specializing in customer retention management and loyalty products and solutions. As the company grew in scope, and requirements for state-of-the-art in the technology increased, Joe partnered with MediaTrac in San Ramon, CA, the premier company in customer loyalty and media tracking solutions.

In early 2007, Joe partnered EGI’s ID Advocates Program with Merchants Information Solutions, a Phoenix-based company with a 95-year history in the business community, providing companies and individuals with employment background screening and identity theft services. Most recently, in mid-2007 EGI became VERO, when Joe partnered with Credit Union Direct Lending (CUDL), based in Ontario, CA.  Joe lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife and two children.

 


Mike Stone, National Sales Manager

Michael Stone is the National Sales Manager for Vero Products, Inc. He has been successful in the development of Sales and Sales Teams throughout his career and has worked directly with Consumers, as well as direct to Dealer Sales and Services. He is most proud of the relationships he has built with the many clients he considers “close friends” over the years in the Industry.

Currently, he is responsible for the Sales and Distribution of all VERO’s automotive-related products and services, on both a wholesale and retail level. He has over 30 years experience in the Automotive Industry, having worked as a General Manager and General Sales Manager with large Dealer Groups including, First America Automotive, and the Sonic Automotive Group. After close to 20 years managing at the retail Dealership level, he was responsible for running National Sales for CarSmart.com which eventually was acquired by Autobytel, where he assisted in the integration of both companies Sales Divisions. Prior to coming aboard VERO he spent seven years as Director of Sales for Bar None, Inc., a sub-prime Dealer Lead Generation Company.

Michael resides in Northern California, is the proud father of two young boys and enjoys coaching them in several different sports. In his spare time outside of family, he enjoys cycling and has competed in Triathlons and distance swimming events over the course of the last 20 years.

His professional goals for the future are to assist in the launch of VERO’s newest products and services and to be a part of the continued success of the Dealers and Independent Agents with whom he works.


Sam Stitt, National Product Specialist

Sam Stitt, National Product Specialist for VERO, was born in Pontiac, Michigan, but considers himself, “practically a native,” having moved to Arizona in 1982.

Sam met Joe Annoreno through a sales job he had in 2003. Quickly recognizing Sam’s talent and people-oriented demeanor, Mr. Annoreno recruited Sam to work for him on the launch a new and innovative technology product that he had developed for the automotive industry. Sam was brought in as the Dealership Development Manager. The job entailed extensive travel throughout the country, to train dealership employees in the new product, and to install the program. During these trips, Sam was able to take advantage of the opportunities to meet with local agents and make sales calls to generate new business for the company.

“I am very fortunate to be able to work for such a cutting-edge technology company, such as VERO. The opportunity to offer a variety of new and unique sales products to the market, makes the sales aspect of my job much easier.”

While Sales has always been a passion of Sam’s, he states, “I never overlook the importance of excellent customer support.” In his spare time, Sam is also passionate about the sport of golf.
 

 
 


Kimberly Meddock, Contract Coordinator

As our “first line of defense,” Kim Meddock is VERO’s Contract Coordinator.

She was born and raised in the Scottsdale area, and is conversant with the “local customs” to provide excellent customer service, and make everyone feel like part of the VERO Family!

Kim’s experience at Muzak and The Radisson Hotel, give her the necessary background to assist the VERO Team in keeping the office humming, while meeting the needs of VERO’s customers and fielding questions from the field.

Outside the office, Kim is a busy mother, raising three girls, who are all actively involved in school activities.
